Schedule of Fees
The costs of the arbitration comprise the fees and expenses of the arbitral tribunal and the secretary, the institution's administrative fees, expert fees and other reasonable costs of the proceedings (Legislative Decree 1071, Article 70).
The Schedule of Fees sets the costs payable to ANDEARB and to the arbitrators in its proceedings.

Scale by amount in dispute
The amount in dispute is expressed in soles. Each band sets the administrative fee and the tribunal's fees, distinguishing between a sole arbitrator and a three-member tribunal.

Rules of application
- The amount in dispute is determined by the sum of the claims. Counterclaims are aggregated for calculation purposes.
- Any expansion or amendment of the claims results in an adjustment of the administrative fee and the arbitrators' fees, according to the applicable band.
- Amounts are expressed in soles and exclude IGV (Peruvian VAT), which is added where applicable.
- Advances on costs are payable in equal shares. If one party fails to pay, the other may pay in its place; failing that, the tribunal may suspend the proceedings and, after a reasonable period, terminate them (Legislative Decree 1071, Article 72).
- Fees are set on a reasonable basis, taking into account the amount in dispute, the complexity of the case and the time spent by the arbitrators (Article 71).
- The award determines the costs of the arbitration and their allocation between the parties (Articles 70 and 73).
