ANDEARB — Arbitration Center is an institution dedicated to administering arbitrations and Dispute Boards. We work with companies, public entities and contractors that need to resolve a contractual dispute without the conflict consuming the project that gave rise to it.

To provide companies, public entities and citizens with an impartial, specialized and accessible dispute resolution service, built on a rigorous roster, a predictable procedure and transparent management.

To establish ourselves by 2030 as a nationwide arbitral institution whose roster and standards serve as a reference for the Peruvian legal community.

Arbitrators, adjudicators and secretaries act subject only to the Rules and the Code of Ethics.
Predictability
Each stage of the proceeding has an announced time limit and a Secretariat that monitors compliance.
