Director of the Center
The Directorate manages the operations of the Center, proposes its rules and fees to the Court, and is accountable for the administration of each proceeding.

Rodrigo Manrique Valdivia
Director of the CenterLaw graduate of Universidad de Lima, with 15 years of practice in arbitration and public procurement. He has served as arbitrator and as case secretary in proceedings arising from public works contracts, and has taken part in launching dispute resolution institutions. He holds a Master's degree in Procedural Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and teaches the Arbitration and Public Procurement course in specialization programs.

Functions of the Directorate
- Manages the administrative operations of the Center and represents the institution.
- Proposes the rules and the Schedule of Fees to the Court of Arbitration and Dispute Boards for approval.
- Is accountable for the proper administration of each arbitral proceeding and each Dispute Board.
- Oversees the General Secretariat and the case secretaries in the performance of their duties.
