Adjudicator registration
General requirements
- Professional degree registered with SUNEDU and current membership in the relevant professional association.
- For works: engineer or architect with experience as designer, adjudicator, supervisor or resident engineer, or in contract management of projects.
- For multi-member boards: at least two years of experience as an adjudicator or works supervisor, or fulfillment of the requirements applicable to arbitrators —three years in public procurement or arbitration— as applicable.
- For supply contracts: proven knowledge of the National Supply System.
- Not be barred from contracting with the State or subject to a current disqualification.
- Be registered in the registry required by law to serve as an adjudicator.

Procedure
Submission of the complete application file to the institutional email address or through the application form.
Document review by the Secretariat within [X] business days, with [X] days to cure any deficiencies.
Assessment by [the competent body of the Center], which may call the applicant for an interview.
Notification of the outcome within [X] business days.
Admission to the Roster and publication, subject to signing the acceptance of the Code of Ethics.
