Arbitration Rules
The Rules govern the conduct of arbitrations administered by ANDEARB. The version in force on the date the arbitration commences applies, unless the parties have agreed otherwise (Legislative Decree 1071, Article 7).
By agreeing to arbitration before ANDEARB, the parties incorporate these Rules into their agreement. The Rules govern the commencement of proceedings, the constitution of the tribunal, the rules of procedure, evidence, hearings, the time limit for rendering the award, the correction and interpretation of the award, and the settlement of costs.
