- Request for constitution form.
- Works or supply contract with its annexes, and the technical file or the relevant parts thereof.
- Details of the representatives of the public entity and the contractor, with an email address for notifications.

The board also receives requests for an advisory opinion and referrals for a binding decision on a dispute already raised, in accordance with the functions described in What is a Dispute Board?. Both are submitted through the same channels shown on this page, stating the type of request in the email subject line.
