Roster of Arbitrators

The Roster brings together the professionals whom the Center has evaluated and admitted to serve as arbitrators in the proceedings it administers. Appointments that fall to the Center are made from it.

The parties are free to appoint their arbitrators in accordance with the arbitration agreement and the Rules (Legislative Decree 1071, Articles 22 and 23). Where a party fails to make an appointment within the time limit, where the party-appointed arbitrators cannot agree on the presiding arbitrator, or where the parties have entrusted the appointment to the Center, the appointment is made from the Roster in force.
