Case Secretaries
The case secretary supports the tribunal throughout the proceeding: drafting minutes, serving notifications, organizing the case file and ensuring that each step is completed within the prescribed time limit. Case secretaries are appointed by the Center and are subject to the same duties of confidentiality and impartiality as the arbitrators.
